My name is Kara Jackson and I’m an everyday person who used to have everyday weight issues. When I discovered long distance running my life got turned upside down. It started with the running, then evolved to pilates classes, swimming, yoga, spinning…you get the point. This led to my obsession with eating healthy, and staying updated on all health and nutrition news.

I decided to do something with my passion by starting this fitness blog. I enjoy sharing all the things I learn about health and fitness on a regular basis, and I hope this information will help motivate others in their quest to stay fit as well.
