		<description>I think aerobic exercise is always a good idea! I would definitely do some jogging, swimming, whatever, just get that heart rate up a few times a week!</description>

		<description>Wow this looks like a great blog! I am doing the GAPS diet and am experiencing increasing energy. How would I know when I&#039;m ready to start excersising again? I do pilates once a week and always feel better afterwards. My legs feel like they don&#039;t recieve a lot of energy, do you think doing aerobic-type excersises would help distribute my energy/chi more evenly?
